ScheduLign is a collaborative scheduling app designed to help families and close-knit groups coordinate their lives with less friction. Overview
/Challenge
Busy families, individuals and groups often struggle to coordinate schedules across multiple people, leading to missed appointments, overlapping commitments and unecessary stress.
/Solution
I designed ScheduLign, a scheduling app that centraslises calendars, reminders, and task management.
The solution needed to be:
Simple to navigate
Visually organised
Accessible for everday use
Research
I conducted secondary research, as this was a conceptual concept, and found that existing insights into family, social and group scheduling behaviours to understand common pain points. Key findings revealed that users were seeking easier navigation, and a collaborative platform to schedule plans and events.
From this research, I created a modified persona that represented the target user. Previously, the app was aimed at just families, but the research indicated that the app would be beneficial to multiple types of social groups.
